Growing up as a dancer, movement has always been a part of my life one way or another. After becoming a certified personal trainer in early 2023 and completing my college diploma in sport and exercise science, I decided to make it my mission to help others become the best versions of themselves through fitness, personal development and nutrition coaching.
In the past, I've coached clients at traditional gyms who were unable to make consistent progress due to internal conflicts and a fixed mindset, which is why we decided to create a service that works from the inside out to maximize growth in every aspect of life.
Be Well Coaching has been a life changer for me! I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to going to the gym, seeking out advice and working with a personal trainer.
Kenzie has been absolutely amazing. She is incredibly welcoming, encouraging and supportive. I don’t hesitate to let her know if something is not working or if there is something holding me back. She not only works with me to hold me accountable in a positive way but she has also eased my anxiety revolving around the gym and explains everything in such a way that really helps me understand it.

Nick and I have been working together for just over a year and 3 months. It was a new road for me to travel on. I was determined, nervous and excited. I felt like we gelled immediately. He fed my brain with enough information for me to understand what I was doing, as well as why. Over time as I absorbed bits and pieces of that knowledge, he would expand it and provide me with more. I started with Kenzie after about 11 years of no weight training, 45 lbs from goal weight it 60lbs down. I was nervous, slightly embarrassed at where I was, and unsure I could do it. I hadn’t taken care of myself since before kids. I was determined to learn to get strong properly. I did that and so much more. Kenzie has made me love what my body can do, and after over 30 years of hating most things about my body, this was quite amazing. I am getting stronger, loving my body’s capabilities, feeling good, and my son has noticed muscles on me! Both kids are proud of me, my husband thinks I look hotter and better than ever. I have been training with Nick for a few months now and what a difference it has made in me. I have been involved in athletics my whole life, playing and coaching hockey, as a martial arts instructor years ago and bodybuilding, training with some of the greats. But in all that time I have never had as good a coach and trainer as Nick. His knowledge and abilities are second to none, not to mention his amazing attitude and personality. I feel so blessed to have him train me. He knows exactly what I need to achieve my sports and fitness goals! I have already seen dividends from his training! A championship!!
